August Stroke Clinics
Coach Patty will be hosting four stroke clinics in August. Please sign up for each stroke clinic you would like to attend. You do not need to attend all four clinics to participate. Stroke clinics will be held at the Loch Highland Pool from 6pm - 7pm on the following dates:
August 5 - Butterfly
August 12 - Backstroke
August 19 - Breaststroke
August 26 - Freestyle
You must have participated in the Loch Highland Lakers 2026 Summer Swim Season to participate in stroke clinics.
2026 Swim Season
Welcome to the 2026 Loch Highland Lakers Swim Team!
The 2026 swim season will begin on May 11 and will run through June 23.
You do not need to live in Loch Highland to join the Loch Highland Lakers team!
We practice in the evenings Monday-Friday and meets are on Monday nights (except for the first one, which is on a Tuesday).
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to all children ages 5-18 years old, even if they do not live in Loch Highland.
- For safety reasons, swimmers MUST be able to swim one lap of freestyle or backstroke and tread water for one minute in order to join the team. If you aren't certain you meet this requirement, please DO NOT use the registration form; instead, email us at [email protected] to schedule an evaluation. We will offer swim evaluations at MVAC on two separate dates and you will be able to register after passing the evaluation.
- Swimmers ages 5-18 as of May 31, 2026 are eligible to compete in meets if they are able to swim 25 yards unassisted within 1 min 30 sec.
- Once registered with our team, swimmers may not swim for another team in the Cobb Summer Swim League.
