We are swimming against Chestnut Creek on Wednesday, June 6.  The summary of info is immediately below, followed by the details.

Detail:

1. Chestnut Creek - 3233 Davis Rd, Marietta, GA 30062
2. Parking - Park only along one side of the street, according to the signs, on Davis Rd, Runner Cedar, Moss Creek, and Chestnut Creek Dr.
3. Arrival Time - 5:00pm arrival and get checked in; our team will warm up at 5:30pm.  Volunteers working as timers and as place judges will meet briefly with the referee at 5:45pm, and the meet will begin at 6:00pm.
4. Arrival Protocol - swimmers check in with coaches to receive their lists of events. Some families like to write the events on their arms with Sharpie, other families keep up with the paper list. Either way is fine. Volunteers check in at the volunteer check-in table. Volunteers wear your team T-shirts!
5. Concessions - Pizza, Chick Fil A, and pulled pork (smoked by one of their residents; I'm told it's amazing), as well as fruit, baked goods, candy, sodas, and water.
6. Swimmer Entries - Attached is a copy of the heat sheet, listing each swimmer and the events they are scheduled to swim.
