Detail:

1. Hampton Farms - 235 Club Ridge Drive, Marietta, GA 30068
2. Parking - There will be parking available at the clubhouse as well as along both Hampton Farms Drive and Club Ridge Drive. Please park on the left hand side of Hampton Farms Drive and the right hand side of Club Ridge Drive. There will be no parking signs indicating which side of the street to park on.
3. Arrival Time - 5:00pm arrival and get checked in; our team will warm up at 5:30pm. Volunteers working as timers and as place judges will meet briefly with the referee at 5:45pm, and the meet will begin at 6:00pm.
4. Arrival Protocol - swimmers check in with coaches to receive their lists of events. Some families like to write the events on their arms with Sharpie, other families keep up with the paper list. Either way is fine. Volunteers check in at the volunteer check-in table. Volunteers wear your team T-shirts!
5. Concessions - There will be food, but I wasn't told what kind.
6. Swimmer Entries - Attached is a copy of the heat sheet, listing each swimmer and the events they are scheduled to swim.
