Parents,

All ages will meet tonight at 6pm at the Loch Highland Pool.  I will introduce the coaches, then the coaches will take the kids for some dry land practice while I give the adults a run-down of what to expect this season.

Please have the kids wear tennis shoes tonight and bring a towel.  However, tomorrow, Coach Mariah wants to get the kids into the water.  :-)
