LH Lakers 2026 Swim Team Registration is Open!

Registration for the 2026 Swim Season is open!

For safety reasons, swimmers MUST be able to swim one lap of freestyle or backstroke and tread water for one minute in order to join the team. If you aren't certain you meet this requirement, please DO NOT use the registration form; instead, email us at [email protected] to schedule an evaluation. We will offer swim evaluations at MVAC on two separate dates and you will be able to register after passing the evaluation.

We will be swimming with the Cobb Summer Swim League again this year. Coach Patty will be returning as our head coach! We also have many returning assistant and junior coaches, including Coach Ethan and Coach Mia. The season begins on Monday, May 11 and runs until Tuesday, June 23.
PRACTICES
Monday - Friday during our season
- Ages 5-8 at 5:30pm - 6:15pm
- Ages 9+ at 6:30pm - 7:15pm
The first day of practice on May 11 will be all-ages at 6:00 pm. It will be a dry land practice while we have our informational meeting for parents. We will not practice on Memorial Day.

SWIM ATTIRE AND GEAR
Team suits, team swim caps and goggles are mandatory for meets. Our team suit this year will be a solid black athletic one-piece swimsuit or jammer of your choice that you will need to purchase on your own. Links to appropriate suits and guidelines can be found here. Team swim caps can be purchased during registration or in the online store. If you have a swim cap from 2025 you can wear it for 2026. Team t-shirts are NOT required, but you may purchase them in the online store if you'd like one!
